Too many times I have walked into a property after some plumbers have Bern by to repair a leak. Often when I arrive I fine unnecessary holes in ceilings, which is just plain lazy, or, I find some dumbass has. cut the drywall out right up to a wall port corner which makes repairing that hole much more time consuming and expensive. to repair.
