The dog that accompanied the Companions of the Cave also received a share of the grace they were bestowed. According to the interpretations of scholars, Kıtmîr, although a dog, will enter paradise as a reward for its companionship with the righteous and its faithful guarding of the cave entrance.

The Companions of the Cave, who showed steadfastness in their faith, endured oppression, did not deviate from the path of Allah, and migrated for the sake of it, have been honored in the Quran. So much so that a chapter in the Quran has been dedicated to them, and they are respected for their qualities. This story has been mentioned in the Quran in a chapter known as "The Cave" (Surah Al-Kahf), honoring these righteous individuals.
