Today I'll be showing you a recipe for a frothy holiday spiced elixir that's rich in vitamin C.

As the days turn cooler, we want to make sure we're bringing in warming drinks + foods during this time of the year for the health of our kidneys. Our kidneys really represent and govern the health of our ovaries.

I'm adding a few secret weapons into this elixir to help naturally support your immunity; camu camu powder + manuka honey.

➡️1/4 cup coconut milk
➡️1 scoop of collagen
➡️1 tbsp of organic traditions holiday spiced latte powder
➡️1/2-1 tbsp coconut manna (or you can use coconut oil)
➡️1/2 tsp of Manuka honey
➡️1 tsp of camu camu powder
➡️1 cup of hot water (more or less depending on the size of your mug)

1) Add your nut milk to your blender
2) Add in your dry ingredients + coconut manna + honey
3) Add your hot water
4) Blend on low-medium until it's frothy.
5) DONE! Sip and enjoy.
