There's a track on the Dune score called "Final Dream"

It consists of a triumphant version of a motif played during the movie, most notably when Paul has the waking dream, and when Paul meets Chani.

It was never used in the movie, but I always loved listening to it and thought it would fit in well when Paul awakens from his Water of Life trance.
