Credit cards need to be avoided and Shaykh Abu Eesa strictly follows the opinion of the majority of the scholars. When it comes to cashback rewards on debit cards some minority group of scholars have said that cashbacks of $10 or $50 are interest payments and need to be avoided.

However the correct position is that this cashback is a reward and a gift from the bank to you for bringing in business for them. These cashback are halal and allowed.
