Wheee…what a ride! Next month is my cavitation revision surgery where my new biological oral surgeon will:

1) Open up the gum over 3 of my 7 tooth extraction sites that were done in prior years by conventional dentists. These sites show on my cone beam scan as having low and varied densities - a big sign to the surgeon that these sites have infected and rotted (aka necrotic) jawbone lurking underneath - leading to deeper issues like developing autoimmunity. ✋

This infection cannot be “cleared out” by the body on its own as the blood supply has been cut off so there is no way for the immune system to work its magic. This happens often at conventionally treated extraction sites due to the periodontal ligament being left behind during the original extraction…a big non-no for bone healing!

2) Clean out the opened sites thoroughly with ozone and scrape the jawbone of any lingering infection.

3) Create PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) with a draw of my own blood in office, then place this substance over the new wound to promote healing of the site and jawbone.

4) Stitch me up and send me on my merry way to support my body for 3-6 months with holistic methods to support bone and gum healing.

This surgery will give my body time to recover from years of escalating dysfunction due to my jaw harboring (and orally asymptomatic!!) chronic infection for so long.

I plan to do ozone therapy, vit C IV, take lots of antioxidants, and really dig deeper into quantum modalities to promote healing of my thyroid, adrenals, and hormones now that this massive root cause will be gone.

I pray this is my last puzzle piece. 🙏
