In this video, we're continuing our how to build an electric beach cart wagon series by building the cart's frame and railing.

In Part 2, we assembled the cart's electronic components, and in this video we're finishing up by building the cart's frame and railing. Assembling the frame and railing is the final step in making our electric beach cart wagon!
