Sweet and Spicy Shrimp Kebabs

1/12 lbs Jumbo Shrimp
1 Lemon
1/2 Tsp Mrs Dash Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/4 Onion
2 Cloves garlic
1 Tbs Parsley
1 Tbs Oil
1/2 Tsp Jerk Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbs. Honey
Salt to taste
1 Zucchini & Onion or any vegetable
Metal or wooden skewers

1. Prepare shrimp for cooking
2. Zest lemon over shrimp
3. Grind onion, garlic & parsley with oil and lemon juice, add to bowl with shrimp
4. Add black pepper, paprika, Mrs dash seasoning, Jerk seasoning, honey and soy sauce to shrimp. Mix and let marinate for 30 minutes.
5. Use skewers (if using wooden, soak for 30 minutes before cooking, so it does not burn in the oven) add shrimp and vegetable and place on baking sheet (can also be cooked on the grill)
6. Brush any excess marinate over shrimp and vegetable before cooking
7. Cook in a 450 degrees preheated oven or grill for 15 minutes
