Antonio Brown was just sued for sexual assault and rape by a former trainer. Antonio Brown was just picked up by the New England Patriots after being release by the Oakland Raiders and Pittsburg Steelers.

Here are my thoughts, based upon 33 years of trying civil (and a few criminal cases), about what's ahead for Antonio Brown. Keep in mind the burden of proof is different in a civil case than a criminal case and, he also has to deal with the NFL CBA and Belichick rules.

BTW, I have a zero tolerance for perpetrators of sexual assault and am a strong supporter of the "Me Too" movement. I've represented sexual assault victims. Having said that, the purpose of this video is to simply share these four legal oriented issues with the viewer.
