If you've been on the internet this past week, you've almost certainly already seen this guitar! But in case you haven't, it's probably best we start at the beginning!

A few weeks ago, a good friend and customer of Peach Guitars reached out to John directly with a few images of his recently modded PRS John Mayer Silver Sky. Now this guitar had been completely stripped of its original finish and re-sprayed to look exactly like Stevie Ray Vaughan's "Number One" Stratocaster! The attention to detail is truly incredible; it perfectly captures the magic and vibe of Stevie's original. Images of this guitar soon started to circulate online, and it didn't take long for major news outlets to learn of the guitar's existence. One thing is for sure though, it's certainly divided people's opinions!
