--- 1 --- Three-ingredient Cake
• Pryanik (gingerbread)** - 500 g
• Ripe bananas - 4-5 pcs.
• Sour cream 20% - 500 g
** Pryanik refers to a range of traditional sweet baked goods in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and some neighbouring countries. Traditionally pryaniks are made from flour and honey. Some Russian-English dictionaries translate pryanik as gingerbread, but this is misleading, since ginger is an optional pryanik ingredient, unlike honey.
*** Pryanik should be fresh, tasty and without filling! As a form, you can use any deep bowl, a plate or a plastic box of small size.

--- 2 --- Cookie cake
• Cookies - 300-350 g
• Yogurt (I have strawberry yoghurt) - 200 g
• Sweet cottage cheese (curd) paste - 160 g
• Condensed milk - 2 tbsp.
• Cocoa - 1 tsp.
• Milk

--- 3 --- Chocolate cake without baking
• Cookies - 280 g
• Butter - 180 g
• Kosher salt - 1 pinch
• Dark Chocolate - 340 g
• Cream 33% - 400 ml
• Butter - 60 ml
• Cocoa powder
*** The ingredients should fill a 22-cm form in diameter

--- 4 --- Cake "Always good"
• Sweet Cracker - 300 g
• Condensed milk - 1 can (not boiled!)
• Sour cream - 400 g
• Peanuts (fried) - 100 g
• Walnut - 70 g
• Raisins - 100 g
• Dried fruits - 200 g (I have homemade dried apricots and plums, but any kind of dried fruits will do!)

--- 5 --- Lazy Napoleon Cake
• Puff pastry - 800 g
• Milk - 1 l
• Eggs - 3 pcs.
• Sugar - 100 g
• Flour - 90 g
