Tortilla masa
3 cups of instant corn masa
2 1/2 to 3 cups room temperature water
*allow to rest for 10 to 15 minutes
Desired amount of butter and salt

Chicken broth
Remaining rotisserie chicken (bits and bones
2 bay leaves
2 garlic cloves
2 heaping TBSP chicken base or chicken bouillon
*pressure cook for 45 minutes with a slow-release

Ingredients
2 cups of lentils (soak in room temperature water for 15 mins)
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
2 Anaheim peppers (or favorite green pepper such as poblano, hatch, or canned)
3 tomatoes
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 carrots
2 zucchinis
2 medium potatoes
8 cups of chicken broth
Small bunch of cilantro
*adjust salt to taste
