配方 Ingredients:

温水200毫升
Lukewarm water 200 ml
酵母3克
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
普通面粉(中筋或高筋)300克
All-purpose flour or plain flour or bread flour 300 g (2 cups + 2 tbsp)
盐4克
Salt 4 g (3/4 tsp)
炒菜油30毫升
Vegetable oil 30 ml (2 tbsps)
