GDP rose at an upwardly revised 3.4% annualized pace in the fourth quarter, according to the third estimate of the figures from the Bureau of Economic Analysis. Gross domestic income, the government’s other main gauge of economic activity, rose 4.8%, the most in two years. US weekly jobless claims fell 2,000 to 210,000. Mike McKee reports.
