I currently have a very damaged A frame cover. due to old Age and neglect I'm going to attempt to make a repair in order to save myself £180. as this is what I could find searching the internet.

first I removed the cover and used caravan cleaner to give it a good clean.

I then glued up all of the cracks using plumbers solvent cement, the material this cover is made from is made from the same stuff as plumbers pipe.

For extra strength I cut down a pice of pipe heated it up until it was flat then heated it again and moulded it into position.

Using some degreaser I cleaned both erase nipple that are on the A frame and prepped them ready for greasing.
once the solvent cement was dry I refitted the cover back to the frame.
