Chicken Tempeh in the Air Fryer:
2 packages of tempeh
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried rosemary
3 tbsp olive oil
----- after cooking top with:
2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
2 tsp nutritional yeast

Directions:
1. Cut the tempeh in half and place in a pan with a half cup of water. Cover and steam for 10 minutes.

2. Next, mix the spices and olive oil in a small bowl and set aside. Then drain the tempeh and dice into small bite-sized pieces. Transfer the tempeh cubes to a mixing bowl and pour the spices and olive oil on top. Toss well.

3. Air fry at 400 for 10 minutes, then shake and continue cooking for 3-6 more minutes, or until golden and crispy.

4. Then transfer the tempeh back to the mixing bowl, add the lemon juice and nutritional yeast and enjoy!
