The 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid comes with a tiny 12 volt battery that often runs down and leaves people stranded when they can't open the car or get it started. It is possible to replace the battery with a Group 48 AGM battery that will last much longer and is perfect size for the battery space.

Also, I just found out that the battery management system needs to be updated by Ford service to allow proper charging of AGM battery instead of Lead Acid battery. They charged me a $75 service fee to change it.
