This tropical botanical collection is already exploding with production, in only 7 years after planting this impressive food forest! Meet Paul Zink, of Finca Madre, in Alajuela, Costa Rica where he is now producing up to 430 different edible species. We get to take you along on a trek through this mountainside landscape to check out what's ripening about this time (filmed April 2018.)
