A story about an MP3 player from my childhood, the Creative Nomad Jukebox. One of the first hard-disk based MP3 players ever made, and one that actually predated the release of the Apple iPod by an entire year.

In this video, the Nomad and I get reacquainted and I purchase a faulty one on eBay to repair here on the channel, but alas by fault finding skills were not at the level required to diagnose what was wrong with it. Thankfully, I got some help from the other side of the world and the 8-month repair story of a faulty Nomad Jukebox finds a happy ending.
