I bought an Alphonso mango seedling from an exotic plant nursery. The first 4 months were tough. I transplanted into coco coir in a 5-gallon pot, sprayed pesticide/fungicide, and used craft wire to prop up the plant after it fell over one day from the weight of its own foliage.
