Go faster without using more energy by being more efficient.
CPER: Catch, Power, Exit, Recovery- the four phases of the paddle stroke and how they can make your stroke more efficient.

CATCH: Every efficient stroke starts with a good catch: enter the water smoothly with minimal disruption to get the maximum "grip" with your paddle
POWER: Efficiently apply more power to your strokes to go faster for longer distances by combining the three ingredients of a powerful Stand Up Paddleboard stroke:
PUSH with the top hand for quick acceleration
TWIST from your hips and shoulders to engage the core,
LEAN into the stroke to turn gravity into forward propulsion.
EXIT: Feather the blade as you stop pulling to allow the paddle to come forward effortlessly
RECOVERY: take a moment to relax as you recover, straighten the body and inhale but also get your blade back into the water quickly
