Part of "The Process" is a video series aimed at helping to understand the inner workings of the lab and the jobs of lab technicians.

Ever wonder how dentures, partial dentures, dental crowns, and dental implants are made?

This video series will show the process taken in our most common dental restorations.

The first step in any case, first a lab technician must make a model of the impressions sent by the dentist. 3D models can be printed if an intra oral scan was taken, but in every other case stone models must be made.

This model making process focuses on the crown and bridge department. Our dental crowns are made via @3shape design software and a E4 benchtop scanner.
