Here, I meet three members of the Argyle Kings, a basketball team from Central London who play in Kings Cross.

They are a team who all met each other around town and see each other as brothers in the game. They have each other's back and defend each other inside and outside of the court.

Here, we film on a court in Elephant and Castle - I had wanted to film some people playing there as it reminded me of my trips to New York - we found a hot day and I interviewed all three who came from very different backgrounds.

They lived up to the fun and were three fun people who brought it to the game.

I have been finding I enjoy meeting people with a real commitment to their passion - life is too short not to spend as much time doing what you love.
