Don't use a smartwatch for SPO2 as an alternative of medically accepted Pulse Oximeters, you should always use good quality Pulse Oximeters otherwise cheap quality Pulse Oximeters can increase your complications.

In this video, I have tested honor smart band and boat watch storm with BPL Pulse-Oximeter for blood oxygen readings. I have compared these 3 devices and got shocking results, both the smartwatches are incapable of reading blood oxygen value, BPL pulse oximeter was showing oxygen saturation 90% where honor band was showing 94% and boat watch storm was showing 99% This is a huge difference in the reading. these smartwatches / smart bands are worst and extremely inaccurate and these smarts watches should not be used for medical purposes like oxygen saturation, blood pressure, etc. these smartwatches should be only used for fashion or activity tracking. Otherwise in today's situation smartwatches will kick you in trouble / can increase complications so don't use it for oxygen saturation (SPO2)

Please use good quality PulseOximeters otherwise cheap quality Pulse Oximeters can increase your complications.
