Amid a star-making year, Niwot sophomore Addy Ritzenhein signed a Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) deal with On, marking the company's first signing of a high school standout.

Ritzenhein, the daughter of On Athletics Club coach Dathan Ritzenhein, has broken through as one of country's brightest talents, in December winning a coveted national cross country title at Nike Cross Nationals. That followed a nearly flawless high school season that saw Ritzenhein secure seven wins, including the eighth-fastest 5K performance in the country, a time of 16:44.90 that came in September at the Desert Twilight Invitational.
