Hey Everyone! Hope you all are well? I'm back again today with this neutral smokey eye that I think is suitable for beginners and appropriate for any occasion. The palette that I've used is one of the new Urban Decay Naked mini's called sin and this bite sized beauty is perfect for on the go.
