Touring this foreclosure was fun even with the fire damage and mold. It brought back some memories of when I used to be a listing agent for HUD and many banks. This house was a mess but some foreclosures are pretty decent. Since it is a foreclosure will you always get a good deal? The banks want to make money so I think the idea that foreclosures are always cheap is not accurate. How does buying a forclosure work?
