"What is happiness?" - I found myself discussing this topic with two different people at two different parties over the last weekend. Despite it clearly being such a universal question, the humanity has not yet found a comprehensive answer that would stand the test of time. Religion, humanity's most significant attempt so far, has been pushed to the inevitable brink of obsoleteness. Left to our own devices to face chaos, we often waste our precious time away, failing to find the true source of contentment and deep enjoyment.

'Flow', a book written by a brilliant academic and a psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, is the first proposition (that came to my attention) that is rooted entirely in science. Of course, as a data person, I would be drawn to it immediately. This video is my attempt at summarizing and simplifying Csikszentmihalyi's research (I do hope I did it justice!). How to be happy according to data? Let me present you the five conditions to happiness!
