The process of converting a van is SO MUCH MORE than deciding where the bed & kitchen will go. It’s not exactly a romantic process, but we want to be EXTRA thorough and show you some of the other work that can be done to make your tiny home the best is can be. During our previous conversions we’d always been on a "time crunch"; itching to get back on the road as quickly as possible! Obviously not happenin’ in 2020. For now, we’re focusing on the exterior of the van as the #1 priority. We want to get the outside done before the weather turns & makes it impossible for glue, plaint, & treatment to properly dry. Let’s get into it!

Steps for Rust Treatment & Prevention:
1. Grind off rust
2. Blow off dust & dirt from grinder removal
3. Wipe clean
4. Degrease
5. Rust Treatment
6. Wipe off Rust Treatment
7. Tape connectors
8. Paint on white primer
9. 1st layer rubber spray protection
10. 2nd layer rubber spray protection
11. Wax based treatment for holes under van
