Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1 loaf of French Bread (set aside)
1/2 stick butter melted
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups whipping cream
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 c light brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix above ingredients, pour over bread allow to set to absorb for 45 minutes. Pour in pan.

Add as much as you would like of:
Chopped pecans
Melted Salted Caramel Frosting

Add chopped pecans cover with foil.

Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Last 10 minutes of baking remove foil for pecans to crisp. Melt salted caramel and pour over. Follow tutorial.
