After a severe illness left him hospitalized for two months, returning adult student Keagan Hemenway decided that he wanted become a nurse so that he could help others with the same care that he received while at his most vulnerable. SPSCC's nursing program is helping him change careers from restaurant management to nursing, while he also balances working at Providence St. Peter hospital in Olympia.
