Prices for the GT3 RS and GT2 RSs have been flat during last year while prices for some McLarens and Ferraris have been falling. If you are luckily enough to shop in this segment of this market and care about values, the GT RS products should be on your list.

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS and GT2 RS depreciated only marginally during last year and in some cases even appreciated. They hereby outperformed the market.

So if you are in the fortunate situation that you can shop in this price range and care about values, I would definitely short list these cars. It of course does not guarantee that prices wont come down in the future. After all, the cars are still fairly new.
