Erica says Dwight is trying to enlist in the military, so this is the time for them to decide if they should take their relationship to the next level, or move on. Erica loves Dwight. She feels like he is a very nice guy, a little too nice sometimes for her taste. Erica says Dwight cares more about what his family thinks than what she thinks. She also feels Dwight is too passive in their relationship and she is tired of always having to wear the pants. Dwight says whenever he tries to be more aggressive, Erica shoots him down!
