This is a joke. I can't even believe you can call yourself a professional, and allow this to happen. You make everybody else who works their @$$ off in this industry look bad, and you have no place here. Your clients are paying you money for your services, expertise, time, and ATTENTION. If you don't have the discipline to hold yourself accountable to that, and put your phone away, there are plenty of jobs cleaning toilets somewhere where your professionalism is better suited.

If you work with a trainer, and they exhibit this type of behavior, fire that trainer on the spot. There are plenty of great trainers out there who will give you the attention you deserve.
