As the platform administrator, I bear the monthly hosting cost of $120 a Month to facilitate the provision of valuable support to homeowners in constructing their ADU. My annual investment in upholding the site's operational continuity amounts to $1,440 a year. Regrettably, I was unaware of the potential increase in costs associated with the growing user base at the time I made the video. Consequently, I must implement a user fee structure to sustain the continued functionality of the Masterguide, given the substantial costs incurred.
