Today on the #AskAmity show we discuss conservatorship and why it might be needed. When a child turns 18 they are considered an adult and are able to make their own decisions regarding medical care, and purchases of goods and services. The law does not limit the rights of people with special needs who turned 18. California law recognizes 3 types of conservatorships which 2 are discussed in the video.
