INGREDIENTS
tortillas of choice
lettuce
cooked bacon
2 diced tomatoes
2 t bs red wine vinegar
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs fresh lime juice
3 tbs fresh cilantro ( chopped)

shrimp ( peeled devein and cooked)
cilantro lime dressing ( or you can simply you can make it from scratch)

to make the dressing from scratch
add in 1 cup sour cream to a large bowl _ you can also use plain greek yogurt
3 tbs fresh lime juice ( about the juice of two juicy limes )
2 tsp sugar ( or more to taste )
chopped cilantro ( about 1/2 cup or more to taste )
salt and pepper to taste
1tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
2tbs vinegar
