Trools ( read jelous taxi drivers) will do whatever they can to put off new drivers joining this industry.
My advice is don`t listen anyone you join and see it yourself and judge it by yourself.
Many of us taxi drivers are lying and it`s very hard to see these lies as a newbie driver or someone who think to join.
It`s not an easy job ,you need to work unsociable hours ,deals with all kind of people and personalities out there .
But It gives you flexibility around child care ,you can start and finish whenever you want or suits you.You can take a day off without asking wankers from office about their opinion etc etc.
You will not get rich but you can make a living.
