Peach cobbler Pudding will quickly become a family favorite! inspired by @kimmyskreations1 , but I changed the recipe and did my own thing. I really loved this!


Ingredients
HOMEMADE VANILLA PUDDING
5 tbsp cornstarch
⅔ cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 cup heavy cream
3 ½ cups whole milk
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp butter
whipped cream

Peach Cobbler Filling
3 cans peached in heavy syrup, 2 of them drained
2 tsp cornstarch in 1 tbsp water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
juice 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup peach bourbon (optional)
1 tbsp butter
