The Air Fryer is a fantastic tool for making a toasted sandwich. Make sure you butter both sides of the bread, we filled ours with Mature Cheddar Cheese, ham slices and thinly sliced white onion. We also added English Mustard. We held the top of the bread on with cocktail sticks inserted at an angle so the top slice didn't blow off and Air fried for 10 minutes at 200 deg C turning the sandwich over half way through the cooking time. The result is a superb toasted sandwich. Fill them with your own choice of fillings as well and see how they turn out.
