INGREDIENTS I USED TO MAKE 4 PIES:
Started in a 425 degree preheated oven and baked for about 10 mins and then turn them down to 325 degrees to continue baking another 1-1 hr/15 mins or until your desired doneness.

4 Regular Pie Crusts
4lbs Sweet Potatoes
4 C Sugar or less (I used 5 Cups)
2 Sticks Softened Butter
1 Can Evaporated Milk
9 Large Eggs
1 Tsp Nutmeg (Or amount for your preferred taste)
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tablespoons Pure Vanilla Extract
