Apologise for the long delay from uploading Scipii campaign due to personal and general problems etc. I will be finishing off the Scipii campaign soon.

So far in the campaign we are fighting against the Carthaginians with their armies and fleets. The public order in our small empire is bad in most parts including our main capital "Capua".
