1 piece of ginger
A pinch of scorched sesame seeds

■Meat rolls with green onion (4 servings)
16 pork ribs, 360g
4 green onions
2 tablespoons miso
2 tablespoons mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
2 tbsp sake

grilled shiitake mushrooms with cheese (4 servings)
8 shiitake mushrooms
A pinch of salt
Cheese to taste
Mayonnaise (to taste)
A pinch of pepper

Kimchi natto tsutsumi-yaki (4 servings)
4 pieces of deep-fried tofu 
180g kimchi* (about 2 oz)
90g natto (fermented soybeans)*
A pinch of soy sauce
Adjust the amount of kimchi to 1 cup of natto and 2 cups of kimchi.
