In this video we replaced a post that carries the load of the roof. The old post had been buried directly into the ground allowing moisture to wick up the post and rot it completely. Not only did we address the issue at hand but we took preventative measures to ensure the post is protected and installed above the ground using a post bracket that we cemented into the ground.
