I find a lot of emotional rest during physical work so cleaning is like a little therapy session for me. Although cleaning the whole apartment with two children took some time and energy but it was a peaceful and satisfying process and I kept some ASMR moments. Our home is spotless now and I'm glad that I can share some cleaning motivation with you, guys!
