yes that hose (first minute) is supposed to be this loose.
the compression corrected (around minute 5 of this video) after everything was fixed, one of the turbos was blow, the main shaft.
the breather was fine, it was checked and confirmed that everything is working fine. the car is currently running, and is being used on a daily basis... everything worked fine after the turbos were replaced.
the indexing of the injectors was done, and the engine is running very smooth.
