Why did I decide to become a nurse anesthetist instead of a nurse practitioner? This is one of the most common questions I get. The truth is I love both roles and could see myself happy as a nurse practitioner. In this video I explain the 10 reasons why I chose to become a CRNA.

About me:
I am a 2nd year SRNA & ICU nurse. I went to nursing school to get my ADN, started working and then went back for my BSN. I was a travel nurse for 2 years before starting CRNA school. I loved travel nursing so much but I also love anesthesia so I went back to school to become a CRNA. I plan to continue my travel nursing career when I become a nurse anesthetist!
