One in eight European workers is unemployed. Italy has one of the highest unemployment rates in Europe, but even with thousands of Italians without a job, some business owners prefer to employ migrants. They say they work harder and are more committed to their jobs than the locals. Al Jazeera's Sonia Gallego reports from Treviso.
