🌟PROS of this Walt Disney World Resort-
1. You can WALK into Magic Kingdom within 5 minutes❣️
2. You can take the monorail into Magic Kingdom or ride over to the other monorail resorts to do some shopping or grab a bite to eat. These neighboring monorail resorts are Grand Floridian, and the Polynesian.
3. Bay Lake Tower is a Disney Vacation Club Resort so it is a fully outfitted condominium or apartment style accommodation.
4. There is a washer/dryer in the villa.
5. There are multiple restaurants and daily activities throughout the property.
6. There are 2 swimming pools.
7. This hotel was one of Walt's original visions...lots of Disney history here!

🌟CONS of this property:
1. The awful, sulfur smelling water that is an issue at all Magic Kingdom Properties and the park as well. From the sinks, to showers, to the water in all of the restaurants...they all smell the same. This alone may deter some people from staying here. This is not an issue in newer areas of the parks such as Epcot and adjacent hotels as they have a newer water system.
2. The lobby can get a bit crowded with outside visitors at times.
3. The property tends to run a bit higher in price sometimes.
