Cleveland weather forecast for Monday, May 6, 2024.

Attention turns toward our next storm system moving in from the west. A severe weather outbreak is expected today in the central Plains -- and that threat will translate east Tuesday.

We could see a round of leftover gusty storms move through during the day, but the best chance for stronger storms looks to arrive sometime between late afternoon and later in the evening into the overnight. Some of these storms could be severe. We'll want to be weather ready as we move into our Tuesday afternoon.

We'll quiet down Wednesday before another round of rain and storms moves in late Wednesday through Thursday. This round will bring a dose of much cooler air to northern Ohio for Friday and Saturday with some lingering showers on Friday off the lake. Temps look to remain on the cooler, but comfortable side through the weekend.

Here is your Cleveland weather forecast.

TUESDAY: Sunshine then scattered storms. Some storms could be strong. Upper 70s.

WEDNESDAY: Mix of sun and clouds with late day rain chances. Upper 70s.
